HOW DO I GET A VISA

If you are coming for five months or less, you can obtain a tourist visa at the airport. You’ll need two passport photos, a passport, and cash.

CAN I WITHDRAW MONEY

Yes! There are ATMs in the main urban areas, and most charge a minimal fee to use a debit/visa card. You can also change cash at money-changing offices.

FOOD

Nepali food is lentils and cooked rice, with varied vegetables. It’s quite healthy and is not very spicy. If you drink only filtered water and eat at clean places (no street food vendors), you should not get sick. Any travel can create mild digestive problems, but following guidelines will prevent major diseases.
